About us

Who We Are

My name is Marko Škuletić, and I founded Belgrade Incoming Hub, because the MICE industry already has enough agencies. What it has less of is partners, people who treat your event as their own, not as a project to be delivered and invoiced.

I was born and raised in Belgrade, but working abroad in Beijing, China, and Stuttgart, Germany, two of the world’s most organised, high-standard business environments, taught me what international clients expect when they arrive somewhere new: precision, responsiveness, and someone who takes ownership of the details.

Our Approach

Most large agencies assign you an account manager, hand you a template proposal, and manage your event from a spreadsheet. That is not how we work.

When you work with Belgrade Incoming Hub, you work directly with me. Depending on the size and scope of your event, I bring in additional team members, but your main point of contact is always the same person. I treat every project the way a trusted advisor would, I ask the questions a good consultant asks, I push back when something is not right for your project, and I stay involved from the first brief to the final transfer.

In practice, this means I work as an extension of your team, someone who already knows Belgrade inside and out, so you do not have to. You bring the vision, and I bring the local knowledge, the supplier network, and the ownership.

Our Values

Local knowledge as a professional advantage.

We do not look up venues on Google. My team and I know which hotel operations manager picks up the phone on a Saturday, which venue has the loading dock issue they never mention in the brochure, and which catering company consistently delivers under pressure. That kind of knowledge comes only from years of working at one destination, and it directly affects the quality of your event.

One point of contact, start to finish.

Handoffs between teams lose context. We deliberately keep our model simple: you have one person who knows every detail of your project, from the initial brief to the on-site execution. When something comes up, and something always comes up, you do not need to explain the background. We already know it.

Honest communication over polished answers.

If a venue is overpriced for what it offers, we will tell you. If your timeline is too tight to do the event properly, we will say so. Our job is not to sell you the most expensive option, it is to make sure your event succeeds. That sometimes means recommending a simpler solution or telling you something you did not want to hear. We think that is what a real partner does.
